Dear Linda,
I just wanted to express our sincere thanks to you and your entire staff
for your demo and debris removal of our home. This was a terrible loss to
our family and the last thing I expected from hiring your company was the
compassion you all showed us as well as the excellent, professional ,
customer service.
You came to the residence immediately and upon our first meeting, showed
us that you genuinely cared about what had happened to us. Your quote was
lower than we had expected and the time you took to explain the process to
me was so kind. I appreciated you following up with me to check on the
status and always ask how we were doing. I had no idea how the weather
would play a role in the job being completed and appreciated all the time
you took explaining things to me.
Having you be so knowledgeable in all the city codes, regulations, road
restrictions, etc put my mind at ease that this job would be complete with
all the appropriate steps being followed to ensure everything was done
with no delays.
It also helped so much that you were willing to work with our insurance
company. You calling them made things alot easier for me and took so much
stress away. I had a chance to meet your crew and they were so kind,
compassionate, and professional. It is not often you find the entire
company working with the same approach. The way I was treated from the
estimate to the demo and removal was nothing less than exceptional.
Your crew was able to find two salvageable items in the rubble and I am
beyond words that they would take the time to retrieve the items for us
rather than just remove them. That is more meaningful than I can
explain. Then you taking the time to mail them to me was again, beyond
belief. I will be forever grateful for that gesture of kindness.
Thank you so much from my family to your entire company. I would

Hey Linda and the rest of the crew, we appreciated the great service you
provided in getting us dumpsters according to our schedule. Also, your
going the extra mile in supplying us with help to load the dumpsters with
items from two pole sheds and a house made getting our dad’s estate ready
for sale much easier. I would recommend your services anytime. And Linda
was awesome.
