The Yonak family businesses have been serving the community for 80 years. The Village of Monticello’s dump site was opened in 1964 by Kevin’s father, George Yonak Sr.; and was operated as Yonak Landfill. In the late 1980’s it was re-named Forest City Road Landfill and
was operated by Wayne, Rod and Kevin Yonak. Demcon Disposal Service, Inc. was started in 1987 by Kevin and Rod.
Today, Demcon Disposal (DDS Roll-offs) is owned and operated by Kevin and his wife Linda. Because of our many years of experience in the waste management business, we understand the industry and the services needed to not just meet our customers’ expectations, but to exceed them.

Center is a one of a kind service that we provide our customers.
Bring in your trailer or truck load of debris to our center and we
will take care of the rest.
We unload your trailer for you.
We recycle and sort everything you bring to us.
